- Booking information you provide when scheduling a session, including your name, email address, telephone number and payment details.
- Session information you share during coaching, such as your resume, work history or interview materials.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

- To schedule, deliver and follow up on coaching sessions.
- To respond to your questions.
- To process payment for services you have booked.
- To keep records required for tax and accounting purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked and paid for through Square, a third-party scheduling and payment provider. When you book, the information you enter is collected and processed by Square under its own privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card details.
Materials you share with us
Resumes, interview materials and other documents you send are used only to prepare for and deliver your coaching. They are kept confidential, are not shared with employers or third parties, and are deleted on request.
How long we keep information
Contact and booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide services and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Session materials are kept only as long as they are useful to your coaching, and are deleted on request.
Your choices
- You can ask what personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can ask us not to contact you again.

Children
Career English Studio provides coaching to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
