These terms apply when you book or receive coaching from Career English Studio. By booking a session, you agree to them.
What we provide
Career English Studio provides private English-language and interview communication coaching. Sessions are one-to-one and delivered virtually.
What we do not provide
- We are not a recruitment, staffing or job-placement service, and we do not find jobs for clients.
- We do not guarantee that coaching will result in a job offer, an interview, or any particular employment outcome.
- We do not provide immigration, legal, visa or career-licensing advice.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked and paid for in advance through Square. Prices listed on this website are in U.S. dollars and may change; the price shown at the time of booking is the price that applies.
Rescheduling and cancellation
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice and we will move your session to another available time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may not be refunded. If a session needs to be cancelled by us, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
Your responsibilities
- Join your session on time and with a working internet connection.
- Provide accurate information about your goals and experience so sessions can be prepared properly.
- Send any materials you want reviewed in advance of the session.
Coaching materials
Worksheets, notes, recordings and other materials provided during coaching are for your personal use. Please do not copy, publish, resell or distribute them.
Confidentiality
What you share during coaching is treated as confidential. We will not discuss your sessions or share your materials with employers or third parties.
Limitation of liability
Coaching is provided to help you prepare and communicate more effectively. To the extent permitted by law, Career English Studio is not liable for employment decisions made by any employer, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies.
